Winter Village at Bryant Park

Winter Village at Bryant Park

The Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park transforms Midtown Manhattan into a festive winter playground each year. Centered around its iconic 17,000-square-foot ice rink—New York City’s only free-admission skating rink when you bring your own skates—the Village offers classic holiday charm in the heart of the city.

Beyond the rink, visitors can explore the open-air Holiday Shops, a European-style market filled with artisan gifts, handmade crafts, tasty treats, and seasonal décor. It’s one of the best places in NYC to find unique holiday items from local makers.

When it’s time to warm up, head to The Lodge, a cozy pop-up bar and food hall serving hot chocolate, cocktails, and comfort foods. You can even elevate your visit by booking a private igloo, perfect for small groups and skyline views.

Whether you’re skating under twinkling lights, browsing festive kiosks, or sipping something warm with friends, Winter Village delivers a picture-perfect seasonal experience. It’s open from late October through early March—ideal for holiday outings, date nights, and winter fun in NYC.

The annual Tree Lighting show at Bank of America Winter Village returns to the park Tuesday, December 2, at 5:30pm, featuring:

  • American actor and chef David Burtka
  • Performances by world-class skaters Mariah Bell, Kaitlin Hawayek, Jean-Luc Baker, Kaiya Ruiter, Emmanuel Savary, Ice Theatre of New York, Figure Skating in Harlem, and The Skyliners.

This in-person event is free and open to the public, but space is limited.
